Ski Pass Express Service Included:
Personalized delivery of the ski pass at our rental store in Sierra Nevada. This product has a surcharge of €4 on the RRP price published on the Sierra Nevada website, as a FORFAIT EXPRESS service (personalized delivery of the ski pass).

OPERATIONAL IN CASES OF MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION / NON-PRESENTATION PAST RELEASE OF PURCHASE:
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel 72 hours in advance of the start of the service, you will not have any costs and the full payment will be made.
Reservations without cancellation fees up to 48 hours. before the first requested service or first day of skiing. Once within the release time (less than 48 hours) and if canceled before the date of the first service, “the Client” will pay for Management Expenses Cancellation requested, within 24H release, the amount of €20 per pax / individual reservation cancellation service.

MODIFICATIONS: No type of modification or alteration of the reservation will be confirmed, once within the release time, or this same time has already passed. The reservation remains the same, and any modification corresponds to the “Client” purchasing the new service they want. No changes are made or confirmed within 24 hours.

NON-PRESENTATION – NO WITHDRAWAL OF SERVICES, PASSED RELEASE AND FIRST DAY OF SERVICE: No type of refund or credit will be made, the lack of notification or cancellation notice once the first day of the contracted service has started or after the time of release. There is NO partial or total refund of the contracted service.


Information on returns in case of station closure or accident:
A used ski pass or ticket for access to lifts/transport of any type has no possibility of refund, neither partial nor total in any case, according to the Transport Law. General Communication and according to Law.

If during the operation of the Station for security reasons or other justified reasons, its Management is forced to close facilities and slopes to the public, this does not necessarily require the return of the amount of the ski pass (Article 9 of the Rules of Use of the Facilities).

Payments for non-use of all or some of the days of the contracted ski pass will be made by repricing, billing the service actually used by the ski pass user and applying the rate corresponding to the use made. It will be paid by repricing, taking as reference the price of two or three individual days or the price of one day, in the case of those ski passes that have been used for less than 3 or 4 days, that is, two or one.

To request a subscription, it will be essential that the client send by email to devolucionesnieve@gmail.com, the ticket/proof of delivery that is provided on the day of collection of the ski pass in Sierra Nevada.

The deadline for finalizing any incident in credit requests in general will be May 15, 2024 and the deadline for Cetursa to respond to them on June 12, 2024. These deadline dates described are with anticipation of pending situations due to incidents or delays, without prejudice to the fact that processing due to operational issues requires a longer period.
