A package consisting of equipment rental and a ski pass (lift ticket) for Sierra Nevada.
Minimum of 3 members from the same family unit.
Condition: "Family Formula" Ski Pass
The term "family unit" is defined according to tax regulations. For the purpose of this "Family Formula" offer, a "family unit" is defined as a group of individuals (minimum of 3) who are related and eligible to file a joint personal income tax return (IRPF). Please note that an individual cannot belong to two family units simultaneously. Furthermore, the definition of a family unit does not include ascendants (such as grandparents—who fall under the "senior" category and are not eligible for the "Family Formula" discount), nor does it include other relatives (such as siblings, aunts/uncles, nieces/nephews, grandchildren) or friends, even if they reside in the same household.
To obtain this ski pass, you must email a copy of your *Libro de Familia* (official family record book) to reservas@masski.com, including the name of the primary person who made the booking. Once the booking is confirmed, you are required to submit this document. If we do not receive it, we will be forced to cancel your booking, and no refund will be provided.

Procedures for Modifications / Cancellations / No-Shows:
MODIFICATIONS: No reservation modifications will be accepted once the 48-hour cutoff period has passed.
CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before the first requested service and/or the first day of skiing. Once the 48-hour cutoff has passed, a €20 administrative fee will be charged per cancelled ski pass.
NO-SHOW – FAILURE TO COLLECT SERVICES ON THE FIRST DAY: No refunds or credits will be issued. If no notice of cancellation is provided by the start of the first day of the booked service, no refund—partial or total—will be granted.
RESORT CLOSURE: If the resort is closed, the client may request a refund (where applicable) for any booked services or ski passes. To do so, please email reservas@masski.com, attaching the purchase receipt provided with your ski pass, along with the dates the resort was closed during your scheduled visit. Such refund requests should be submitted after your stay has concluded (i.e., after your final scheduled day of skiing).
Refunds for unused ski passes:
In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the Use of Sierra Nevada Ski Passes, any interruptions, early closures, or limitations on the use of slopes or ski lifts—whether due to technical issues, weather conditions, or other reasons—do not entitle the user to compensation or reimbursement, except in specific cases expressly provided for in the applicable terms and conditions, as detailed in the Ski Pass Terms of Use. In accordance with Article 9 of the Rules for the Use of Mechanical Lift Facilities at Sierra Nevada, the closure of facilities or slopes while the resort is in operation—whether for safety reasons or other justified causes—does not automatically entitle the user to a refund of the cost of their ski pass or ticket.
NON-USE OF INDIVIDUAL SKI PASSES:
Should a refund for non-use be deemed applicable and authorized by Cetursa SN, it will be calculated by applying a rate of €10.00 per ski pass for each unused day, as an administrative processing fee.
In cases of non-use involving a Friday and/or a Monday, where the days actually used are Saturday and Sunday, the service will be charged at the published retail price (PVP), with any resulting refund subject to a deduction of €10 per ski pass for each unused day.
For "family-plan" ski passes, if the number of days used falls below the 3-day minimum purchase requirement (e.g., to 2 days), no refund will be provided, as the conditions required to qualify for this specific rate are no longer met.
The deadline to request any refund for non-use is May 10, 2027.
How do I request a refund for my ski pass?
If applicable, you must request a refund for any services or ski passes you have purchased by emailing your purchase receipt—provided to you when you picked up your items—to reservas@masski.com. Please specify the dates the resort was closed and list the services and ski passes for which you are requesting a refund. This refund request should be submitted after your stay has concluded (i.e., after your final day of skiing).
The deadline for resolving any issues related to refund requests is May 10, 2027, and the deadline for Cetursa to respond to these requests is June 10, 2027. These deadlines account for potential complications or delays; however, please note that operational requirements may occasionally necessitate a longer processing period.
