Private lessons for children in Sierra Nevada are specifically designed to introduce young ones to skiing or snowboarding and help them progress safely and enjoyably, regardless of their skill level. All lessons take place in a safe, controlled environment, allowing each child to advance at their own pace through a fully personalized methodology tailored to their specific needs. At Masski Sierra Nevada, our ski and snowboard instructors specialize in teaching children and possess extensive experience and specific training. Our goal is for every child to gain confidence from their very first run or—for more advanced levels—to progress toward more technical and fluid riding. To achieve this, we combine technique, motivation, and empathy in every lesson, adapting our teaching style to each child's age, skill level, and personality to ensure natural progress and a positive experience from day one.
Lessons Organized by Age and Skill Level
To ensure the highest quality of instruction, we group lessons by age and instructor-to-student ratio, never mixing children of different ages or skill levels with the same instructor.
We offer the following private ski or snowboard lesson options for children:
Baby – Ages 4 to 5
Fully personalized lessons with a one-on-one instructor-to-student ratio, focusing on a fun and safe introduction to the snow.
Super – Ages 6 to 8
Small-group lessons with one or two children per instructor, ideal for solidifying technical foundations and gaining independence on the slopes.
Pro – Ages 9 to 12
Lessons with one to four children per instructor, ranging from beginner introduction to technical refinement, control, and performance improvement across all types of slopes.

Available based on age and on any day of the season:
Open to all skill levels for children aged 4 and up.
These are private lessons featuring a dedicated instructor providing personalized attention.
Private lessons are booked in two- or three-hour blocks.
You can book for groups ranging from one to four students, depending on the children's ages.
For groups of more than one student, skiing ability must be similar or identical, as the instructor will always tailor the lesson to the least experienced skier.
If the children are at different skill levels, we recommend booking separate instructors for each student.
The prices listed for private lessons cover the total number of participants and the total hours booked.
What happens if the resort closes or I have an accident?
In the event of a resort closure, the school will attempt to reschedule the missed lesson hours. If rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rated refund for the missed hours will be issued. * No refunds are provided if the child decides not to continue lessons, fails to show up, or suffers an accident. * Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service begins.

What does the equipment rental include?
The rental category is SILVER equipment—a MASSKI PREMIUM product—featuring ski or snowboard gear used for fewer than three seasons, suitable for beginners, intermediate skiers/riders, and experts alike. Ski equipment includes: boots, poles, skis, and a helmet. Snowboard equipment includes: Boots + Board + Helmet.
Where do I pick up the equipment in Sierra Nevada?
We have two shops in Sierra Nevada.
All equipment marked as MASSKI PREMIUM must be picked up at our shop in the Mont Blanc Building, next to the Mont Blanc Hotel.

What happens if I modify or cancel my booking, or fail to show up to pick up my equipment?
CANCELLATIONS for SILVER RANGE equipment (MASSKI PREMIUM products): There is no charge, and a full refund will be issued.
MODIFICATIONS: Free of charge in all cases.
NO-SHOW / FAILURE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT (after the first day of service) for SILVER RANGE equipment (MASSKI PREMIUM products): A refund or a voucher redeemable for the same service will be issued. This voucher has no expiration date.
What happens if the resort closes or I have an accident?
For SILVER RANGE equipment (MASSKI PREMIUM products):
In the event of a resort closure, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused ski rental days; the cost will be recalculated based on the actual days of use. If the client decides not to continue with the rental, fails to show up, or has an accident, the refund will be issued as a voucher for the same service, redeemable for future bookings. This voucher has no expiration date.
How do I request a refund for my equipment rental?
To request a refund (where applicable), please email reservas@masski.com with the booking number provided when you made your online purchase and specify the dates the resort was closed.
