Procedures for Modifications / Cancellations / No-Shows:

MODIFICATIONS: No reservation modifications will be confirmed once the 48-hour release deadline has passed.
CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before the first requested service and/or the first day of skiing. Once the release deadline has passed, an administrative fee of €20 per cancelled ski pass will be charged.
NO-SHOW – FAILURE TO COLLECT SERVICES ON THE FIRST DAY: No refunds or credits will be issued. Failure to notify or cancel once the first day of the contracted service has begun results in no refund—partial or total—for the contracted service.
NON-OPENING: The client must request a refund (if applicable) for any contracted services or ski passes by emailing the purchase receipt (provided with the ski pass) and details regarding the resort closure dates and the specific services/passes involved to reservas@masski.com. This refund request due to resort non-opening should be submitted after the client has finished their stay, specifically on the final scheduled day of skiing.

Refunds for non-use of purchased ski passes:

In accordance with the General Conditions of Use for Sierra Nevada ski passes, interruptions, early closures, or limitations on the use of slopes or lifts due to technical, weather-related, or other reasons do not entitle the holder to compensation or reimbursement, except in cases expressly provided for in the applicable specific conditions detailed in the Ski Pass Conditions of Use.
In accordance with Article 9 of the Rules for the Use of Sierra Nevada Mechanical Lift Facilities, the closure of facilities or slopes during resort operations for safety reasons or other justified causes does not automatically entitle the holder to a refund of the ski pass or ticket price. NON-USE OF INDIVIDUAL LIFT PASS:
A refund for non-use—if applicable and authorized by Cetursa SN—will be calculated using an arithmetic mean, applying a rate of €10.00 per lift pass per unused day to cover ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS.
In cases of non-use affecting Fridays and/or Mondays (where the intended usage days included Saturday and Sunday), the service will be billed at the published retail price (PVP), with the resulting refund subject to a deduction of €10 per lift pass per unused day.
For "Family Formula" lift passes, if the number of days purchased drops from the minimum of 3 days to 2 days due to non-use, no refund will be issued, as the conditions required to qualify for this specific rate are no longer met.
The deadline to request any refund for non-use is May 10, 2027.

How do I request a refund for my lift pass?

Customers must request a refund—where applicable—for any contracted services or lift passes by emailing the purchase receipt (provided at the time of pickup) to reservas@masski.com. The email must specify the days the resort was closed and list the services and lift passes for which the refund is requested. Refund requests due to resort closure should be submitted after the customer has completed their stay (i.e., after their final day of skiing).
The deadline to resolve any issues regarding refund requests is May 10, 2027, and the deadline for Cetursa to respond to them is June 10, 2027. These deadlines account for potential complications or delays, though operational requirements may necessitate a longer processing period.
