Procedures for Modifications / Cancellations / No-Shows:
MODIFICATIONS: No booking modifications will be accepted once the 48-hour cutoff period has passed.
CANCELLATIONS: Bookings may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before the first scheduled service or the first day of skiing. Once the 48-hour cutoff has passed, a €20 administrative fee will be charged for each cancelled lift pass.
NO-SHOW (Failure to collect services on the first scheduled day): No refunds or credits will be issued. If no notification or cancellation notice is provided by the start of the first day of the booked service, no refund—partial or total—will be granted.
RESORT CLOSURE (Non-opening). Customers may request a refund—if applicable—for any services or ski passes (lift passes) purchased, by emailing the purchase receipt (provided with the ski pass) to reservas@masski.com, along with the dates the resort was closed and the specific services or ski passes for which a refund is requested. Such requests should be submitted only after the customer’s stay has concluded (i.e., after their final day of skiing).

Refunds for non-use of a purchased ski pass:
In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Use for Sierra Nevada ski passes, any interruptions, early closures, or limitations on the use of slopes or ski lifts—whether due to technical issues, weather conditions, or other reasons—do not entitle the user to compensation or reimbursement, except in cases explicitly provided for under the applicable specific terms, as detailed in the "Ski Pass Terms of Use."
Pursuant to Article 9 of the Regulations for the Use of Mechanical Lift Facilities in Sierra Nevada, the closure of facilities or slopes while the resort is in operation—due to safety concerns or other justified reasons—does not automatically grant a right to a refund of the cost of the ski pass or ticket.
NON-USE OF INDIVIDUAL SKI PASS:
If a refund for non-use is deemed applicable and is authorized by Cetursa SN, it will be calculated based on an arithmetic average, with a deduction of €10.00 per ski pass for each unused day to cover administrative/processing costs.
In cases of non-use involving a Friday and/or Monday (where the intended usage period includes the intervening Saturday and Sunday), the service will be billed at the published retail price (PVP), with a deduction of €10 per ski pass for each unused day applied to the refund.
If a "family-rate" ski pass—which requires a minimum purchase of 3 days—is reduced to 2 days due to non-use, no refund will be issued, as the criteria or conditions required to qualify for that specific rate are no longer met. The deadline to request a refund for any unused services is May 10, 2027.

How do I request a refund for my ski pass (forfait)?
If applicable, the customer must request a refund for any contracted services or ski passes by emailing the purchase receipt—provided at the time of pickup—to reservas@masski.com. The email should specify the dates the resort was closed, along with the services and ski passes for which a refund is requested. Once the customer’s stay has concluded—specifically after their final day of skiing—they may submit this request for a refund due to the resort’s closure.
The deadline to resolve any issues regarding refund requests is May 10, 2027, and the deadline for Cetursa to respond to these requests is June 10, 2027. These deadlines are established to account for potential complications or delays; however, please note that operational requirements may occasionally necessitate a longer processing period.
