The "FROM" price corresponds to the lowest estimated price, as these are VARIABLE MAP rates, which change depending on availability and the date of purchase.
When you select "VIEW AVAILABILITY," you will be able to see the actual price for your chosen ski days.

Pick-up location for ski pass, equipment, and clothing:
To pick up your ski pass, equipment, and clothing, please go to Masski Sierra Nevada, Mont Blanc Building, Unit 20-21, next to the Hotel Mont Blanc.

PROCEDURE FOR MODIFICATIONS / CANCELLATION / NO-SHOWS AFTER PURCHASE RELEASE:
CANCELLATIONS: Reservations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the first requested service and/or first day of skiing. Once the release period has expired, the Client will pay a €20 Administration Fee per canceled lift pass.

MODIFICATIONS: No modifications to the reservation will be confirmed after the 48-hour release period has expired.

NO-SHOW – FAILURE TO COLLECT SERVICES AFTER RELEASE PERIOD AND ON THE FIRST DAY OF SERVICE: No refunds or credits will be issued. Failure to notify or provide notice of cancellation after the first day of the contracted service will result in no refund, either partial or full.

Information regarding refunds in case of resort closure or accident: A lift pass or ticket for access to lifts/transport of any type is non-refundable, either partially or fully, under any circumstances, according to the Transportation Law. General Communication and Legal Requirements.

If, during the operation of the Resort, for safety reasons or other justified causes, the Management is forced to close facilities and slopes to the public, this does not necessarily require a refund of the lift pass price (Article 9 of the Rules for Use of Facilities).

Refunds for non-use of all or some of the days of the purchased lift pass will be processed by repricing, billing only for the service actually used by the pass holder and applying the rate corresponding to that usage. Refunds will be processed by repricing, taking as a reference the price of two or three individual days, or the price of one day, in cases where the lift pass has been used for fewer than 3 or 4 days, i.e., two or one day.

How to request a ski pass refund:
Customers must request a refund, if applicable, for any of the services and ski passes purchased, by sending the purchase receipt provided on the collection day to reservas@masski.com, indicating the resort closure dates for the requested services and ski passes. This refund request should be submitted after the customer has finished their stay, specifically on the last day of skiing, due to the resort"s closure.

The deadline for resolving any issues with ski pass requests in general is May 10, 2026, and the deadline for Cetursa to respond is June 10, 2026. These deadlines are intended to account for pending issues or delays, and processing may require a longer period due to operational reasons.

Terms and Conditions for Requesting a Refund for EQUIPMENT AND CLOTHING RENTAL - MASSKI PREMIUM BENEFITS PRODUCT:
In the event of a resort closure, a proportional refund will be issued for the unused days of ski/snowboard rental and clothing. The actual rental period will be adjusted accordingly.

If the customer decides not to continue with the equipment or clothing rental, fails to show up, or experiences an accident, the refund will be issued as a voucher for the same service, redeemable for future bookings. This voucher does not expire.
