OPERATING IN CASES OF MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION / NO PRESENTATION OF THE PAST PURCHASE RELEASE SKI PASS:
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel 72 hours before the start of the service, you will have no cost and will proceed to the full payment of the service.
Reservations without cancellation fees up to 48 hours. before the first service requested or the first day of skiing. Once within the time of the reread (less than 48 hours) and if it is canceled before the date of the first service, "the Client" will pay for Management Expenses Cancellation requested, within 24 hours reread, the amount of € 20 per pax / individual reservation cancellation service.

MODIFICATIONS: No type of modification or alteration of the reservation will be confirmed, once within the release time, or this has already passed. The reservation remains the same, and any modification corresponds by the "Client", the purchase of the new service that he wishes. No modifications are made or confirmed within 24 hours.

NO PRESENTATION - NO WITHDRAWAL OF THE SERVICES, PAST RELEASE AND FIRST DAY OF THE SERVICE: There will be no refund or payment, the lack of notification or cancellation notice once the first day of the contracted service has started or after the time of release. There is NO partial or total refund of the contracted service.


Information on returns in case of station closure or accident:
A pass or ticket for access to lifts / transports of any used modality has no possibility of refund, neither partial nor total in any case, according to the Transport Law. General Communication and according to Law.

If during the operation of the Station for reasons of security or other justified causes, the Management of this is forced to close facilities and tracks to the public, this does not necessarily oblige the refund of the amount of the pass (Article 9 of the Rules of Use of the Facilities).

The payments for non-use of all or some of the days of the contracted pass will be made by re-rating, billing the service actually used by the user of the pass and applying the rate corresponding to the use made. It will be paid for redemption, taking as a reference the price of two or three individual days or the price of one day, in case the passes have been used for less than 3 or 4 days, that is, two or one.

To request a subscription, it will be essential for the client to send by email to devolucionesnieve@gmail.com, the receipt / proof of delivery that is provided on the day of collection of the ski pass in Sierra Nevada.

The deadline for completing any incident in the subscription requests in general will be May 11, 2023 and the deadline for Cetursa to respond to them on July 1, 2023. These deadlines described are with anticipation of pending situations by incidents or delays, without prejudice to the fact that its processing for operational reasons requires a longer period.
