MODIFICATIONS: No booking modifications will be confirmed after the 48-hour deadline (release period) has passed.
CANCELLATIONS: Bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before the first requested service and/or the first day of skiing. Once the deadline has passed, an administrative fee of €20 per cancelled pass will be charged. NO-SHOW – FAILURE TO UTILIZE SERVICES ON THE FIRST DAY: No refunds or credits will be issued. Failure to provide notice or cancellation once the first day of the contracted service has begun results in NO refund—partial or total—for the contracted service.
NON-OPENING: The client must request a refund (if applicable) for any contracted services or lift passes by emailing the purchase receipt—provided alongside the lift pass—to reservas@masski.com, specifying the days the resort was closed and the services/passes involved. This refund request due to resort closure should be submitted after the client has finished their stay (i.e., after the final day of skiing).Refunds for non-use of a purchased lift pass:
In accordance with the General Conditions of Use for Sierra Nevada Lift Passes, interruptions, early closures, or usage limitations regarding slopes or lifts due to technical, weather-related, or other causes do not entitle the holder to compensation or reimbursement, except in cases expressly provided for in the applicable specific conditions detailed in the Lift Pass Conditions of Use.
Pursuant to Article 9 of the Rules for the Use of Sierra Nevada Mechanical Lift Facilities, the closure of facilities or slopes during resort operations for safety reasons or other justified causes does not automatically entitle the holder to a refund of the lift pass or ticket price.
NON-USE OF INDIVIDUAL LIFT PASS:
Any refund for non-use—subject to approval by Cetursa SN—will be calculated based on an arithmetic average, applying a €10.00 deduction per lift pass per unused day to cover ADMINISTRATIVE FEES.
In cases of non-use affecting Fridays and/or Mondays (where the intended usage days were Saturday and Sunday), the service will be billed at the published retail price (PVP), with the resulting refund subject to the €10 fee per lift pass per unused day. For a lift pass purchased under a family plan requiring a minimum of 3 days, no refund will be issued if usage drops to 2 days, as the condition or threshold for applying that specific rate is no longer met.
The deadline to request any refund for non-usage is May 10, 2027.How do I request a refund for my lift pass?
Customers must request a refund—where applicable—for any contracted services and lift passes by emailing reservas@masski.com. The email must include the purchase receipt provided at the time of pickup and specify the days the resort was closed, along with the details of the services and lift passes involved. Refund requests due to the resort not opening should be submitted after the customer has completed their stay (i.e., after their final day of skiing).
The deadline for resolving any issues regarding refund requests is May 10, 2027, and the deadline for Cetursa to respond to them is June 10, 2027. These deadlines account for potential complications or delays, though the processing itself may require a longer period due to operational factors.
